Reception

Departure :

Please vacate your room by 12:00 pm.
Late check-out is subject to availability. To make a request, please contact reception. The late check-out fee is €30 until 4:00 pm.

Room card :

Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. On the day of your departure, please return it to reception.

Smokers:

This room and our entire establishment are strictly non-smoking.
Please respect this rule for everyone's comfort.
Failure to comply will result in a cleaning charge.

️Additional bed:

If you are staying in a Classic or Comfort room, you can request an extra bed for €20 per night. For all requests, please contact reception.

Heating/Air conditioning :

All our rooms are air-conditioned. As soon as the temperature drops, we automatically switch to heating mode. For any additional requirements, such as a fan or auxiliary heating, please contact reception.

Animals :

Pets are welcome at the hotel for an extra charge of €15 per day.
If you need to leave your pet alone in your room, please give us your cell phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

Service Bébés :

Baby equipment is available (subject to availability): cot, changing mat, baby bath...

Safe :

A safe is available in the room. You are entirely responsible for any items deposited in the safe.

Courtesy tray :

A courtesy tray with hot drinks is available free of charge.
A bottle of water is provided free of charge.

Maintenance :

Please report any problems or malfunctions in the room. Our technician will come and fix it as soon as possible.

Bedding :

Additional blankets and pillows are available free of charge on request from reception.

Hospitality products :

A range of toiletries is available free of charge from reception (subject to availability): shaving and dental kit, comb, sewing kit, sanitary pads, towels, vanity kit...
If a product is not available at the hotel, reception can provide you with information on how to obtain it.

Alarm clock :

To set the alarm clock of your choice, please contact reception by dialing 9.

Breakfast room service :

7am-10am weekdays
7am-12pm Saturday and Sunday
Every day, if ordered before midnight the day before, please place the sign on the door handle indicating the time you wish to check in and your room number.

Contact Reception:

Dial 4000 from your room telephone.

Room-to-room calls :

Simply dial 4 followed by the room number.
Example: If you wish to reach room 101, dial 4101.

Outgoing calls :

Once your line is open, press 0 to make an external call (valid for national and international calls).
