Our rooms

Comfort, serenity and elegance: our rooms are designed with your well-being in mind. Enjoy a bright space, comfortable bedding and a balcony, depending on your reservation. All our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV and safe. For special requests (extra pillows, room service, etc.), please contact reception!

- CONTACT RECEPTION :
To call reception from your room's landline, dial 9.
- ROOM CLEANING:
Cleaning is by default done every day between 3pm and 6pm, but sheets and towels are changed every 2-3 days (unless the linen is visibly dirty). If you do not wish your room to be slept in or cleaned, please let us know using the "Do not disturb" sign on your door handle. If you would like your room cleaned or changed, please leave the "Thank you for cleaning" sign on the other side of the door.
Reusing your towel saves 15.5 liters of water. Thank you for helping us conserve water and energy, and bravo for the gesture!
- ROOM CARD :
Your room card is the only way to enter your room, so please keep it safe during your stay. If you wish to duplicate it, please ask at reception. The room keypad may no longer be working. If this is the case, you can contact reception to clear it for you.
- SMOKING:
All hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking, even with the window open or on the balcony. The smell and particles emitted may disturb other hotel occupants, so remember to use the outdoor areas at the hotel entrance and on the ground-floor terraces. An ashtray is at your disposal. Please note: the butts in the ashtray are collected by our dear partner Tree6clope, who recycles them for energy in the Landes region of France, and in a very successful way! - ADDITIONAL SLEEPING EQUIPMENT:
Extra blankets and pillows are available free of charge on request, so help yourself to your closets and don't hesitate to ask us for more for greater comfort and a better night's sleep - but don't leave with them, you'll be charged!
Extra beds can also be provided, subject to availability and the terms of your booking.
- HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:
Our rooms are all equipped with air conditioning and heating, whose default settings are managed at reception and in line with government ecological recommendations: 19°C in summer and 22°C in winter. These settings make it possible to use the HVAC in an environmentally-friendly way without compromising user comfort. However, if you wish to control the unit manually, you can do so using the control box located on the wall next to the unit. If you have any questions, specific settings or malfunctions, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
- PETS:
Your pets are welcome at the hotel with a supplement of €20 per day per animal. However, please notify reception to ensure that your pet's size is acceptable.
- BABY SERVICES :
Baby cots are available on request at reception.
- SAFE :
A safe is available in the room. A sign near the safe explains how to use it.
- COURTESY TRAY AND WELCOME PRODUCTS:
We provide you with a courtesy tray free of charge. Help yourself to as many consumables as you like, but don't take the dishes with you - you'll be billed for them! A set of toiletries is also available free of charge on request from reception. Soap, shaving kit, dental kit, comb, etc. Don't hesitate to ask!
- TECHNICAL INTERVENTION :
An appliance or lighting failure, a water leak or any other technical issue? Report any problems or malfunctions to reception, who will find a solution for you as soon as possible!

From room to room: Simply dial 1 and then the number of the desired room.
Outside calls: Contact reception to unblock the line.
Calls from reception: Dial 9.
