Because breakfast should be a moment of pleasure to get the day off to a good start, we strive to gently awaken your senses and make breakfast a moment of pleasure.
Regional roots are the mainstay of our breakfast, and we give priority to local products and traders: Pascal Manoux's Bayonne ham from Marché des Halles, Ardi Gasna from Mille et un Fromages, the famous Caillé de Brebis with honey jam, coffee from the Soubira brûlerie, not forgetting the delicious Basque cake from the Loubère bakery.
Our ambition is to share our favorites with you, and we hope you enjoy them.
For a committed, ethical and authentic breakfast experience, we are committed to reducing food waste by an average of 30%, favoring local and seasonal sourcing, eliminating single-use plastic from our buffets, sourcing eggs from cage-free, free-range hens, keeping products with controversial additives to a minimum,
added fats and sugars, and to offer responsible coffee and tea.
