Reception and useful information

Welcome to the Ibis Ciboure - St Jean de Luz!

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Ciboure, a typical Basque town, 10 minutes' walk from the center of St Jean de Luz and Place Louis IV. Attractions include the house of the infanta and the church where the King's wedding took place. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. 72 air-conditioned rooms, entirely renovated in line with current trends, are available for booking. Snack bar open 24 hours a day. Free covered private parking, MAX HEIGHT 1.90 M.

We know that traveling can be tiring, so we make sure that everything is ready before you even arrive:

- Do you need us? From your room, dial 9, 24 hours a day.
- Need an alarm clock? Just ask at reception.
- Room service: please remove the "Do not disturb" sign to allow us to intervene.

Useful information :

- Arrival time: From 2pm (unless otherwise agreed).
- Departure time: Before 12 noon (unless otherwise agreed).
- Keys : Leave them at reception on departure.
- Wi-Fi: Network name: ACCORHOTELS-GUEST (Log in with your All Accor loyalty account or personal e-mail address
- Electricity & Heating: Turn off lights and electrical appliances, and turn down heating or air conditioning.
- Windows & Doors: Make sure they are securely closed before you leave.
- Extra towels, pillows or blankets are available on request
- Need an iron and ironing board? Just ask!
- If you're traveling with small children, we can provide bottle warmers and cots free of charge.
- Final check: Make sure you haven't forgotten anything!

- Need parking? Use your room card to access it! You'll need to park just beyond the orange inner barrier, a few meters after passing through the gate on the first floor.
- There is no direct access between the parking lot and the hotel: to access the parking lot on foot, you need to use the pedestrian access between the 2 buildings, the code for which was given to you at reception.
- To exit the parking lot, you don't need your card - it opens automatically.
