Unique to Capbreton are the fish tanks in the middle of the tables, where crab, spiny lobster and lobster are fished as they are cooked.

Maison Pêcherie Ducamp refuses to accept farmed, frozen or vacuum-packed fish, or anything ready to eat.
Capbreton's oldest establishment is also first in its "Fish and Seafood" category.
