The 9 rooms available on the hotel site are fully modular, naturally luminous and all air-conditioned. They can accommodate up to 140 people, making it possible to organize a seminar in the Basque Country, congresses, conferences, study days, cocktails, banquets, exhibitions, ceremonies or theme parties in the best possible conditions. Our qualified staff is at your disposal to meet all your expectations and help you coordinate your event.
Our services and facilities :
To facilitate the organization of your work sessions and seminars in the Basque Country, our teams are on hand to guide you through the use of equipment and the layout of meeting rooms: video projectors, screens, flipcharts, office supplies, telephones, bottles of mineral water and WIFI access are directly integrated into our services. Choisissez notre formule spéciale « séminaire » :
Two options are available for your event: semi-residential or residential accommodation in double or single "continental" rooms at our Les Terrasses *** hotel, or Club accommodation at the Atlanthal **** hotel. Breakfast is included in the hotel restaurant, a plenary meeting room is at your disposal and lunch and/or dinner are included in our offer. Drinks are included: mineral water, coffee and wine (the equivalent of one bottle for 3 people).
